Qualifications
- ARRT required
- BLS required
- Active MA license required at time of submission
Vaccination Requirements

- Flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, an attestation that they will receive it prior to start is accepted*
Other Requirements
- BILH cover sheet required
- Local candidates not accepted
- Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year
