Southern Ohio Medical Center is seeking an Interventional PM&R pain fellowship-trained physician to join its hospital-employed outpatient PM&R group. This role involves providing comprehensive pain management services within a supportive team environment. The physician will manage a diverse patient caseload and perform various procedures, contributing to the well-being of the community.
Practice Info
- Outpatient PM&R group
- Staffing includes 1 outpatient physician, 1 inpatient physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner (outpatient), 4 LPN's, 3 Medical Office Assistants, and 1 Surgery Scheduler
- Case load of 10-15 patients/day in outpatient clinic
- 3 half-day clinics
- 5-8 procedures/day in the OR
- Equipment includes Meditech and Dragon Medical One
Responsibilities
- Perform Epidural Nerve Block procedures
- Perform Ablation procedures
- Perform Knee & Shoulder Injections
- Perform TPI procedures
- Perform Occipital Block procedures
- Perform Spinal Cord Stimulators procedures
- Utilize Needle guided ultrasound
Compensation
- Salaried
Shift & Schedule
- 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday
- 8:00am - noon Friday
- This schedule can be flexed
- 1:4 weekend call for inpatient rehab care unit, approx. 13 weekends/year
