Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist

Radiology Partners is seeking an Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist to join their team at St. Barnabas in the Bronx, NY. This full-time position offers a comprehensive employment package with a partnership track and the opportunity to work with an experienced team and state-of-the-art equipment. The role involves performing a wide range of IR procedures and reading diagnostic images, contributing to a leading radiology practice in The Bronx.

• Empire State Radiology (ESR), an affiliate of Radiology Partners, is one of the leading radiology practices in The Bronx.
• ESR has over 30 physicians and provides radiology services for Bronx Care Health System's 9-story Health and Wellness Center.

• ESR physicians are board certified with subspecialties in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Pediatrics and Women's Diagnostic Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures including Venous access, GI/GU, biopsies, drains, PICC lines, paras/thoras, LPs, myelograms, arthrograms, and ablations.
• Perform Light Procedures such as Lumbar Puncture, Diagnostic Lumbar Puncture, Lumbar Puncture Myelogram, and various Joint Arthrograms.
• Perform Angiography procedures including Carotid, Cerebral, Renal, Mesenteric, and Extremity.
• Perform Angioplasty/Stent procedures for Carotid, Visceral, Great Vessels, and Extremity.
• Execute Stroke/Inter-cranial Intervention, Thrombolysis, and Embolization (Visceral Trauma, GI Bleed, Uterine, Venous, Y-90, Chemo).
• Conduct Image Guided Radiofrequency Ablation, Image Guided Cryoablation, and Venous Ablation.
• Perform Vascular Access procedures including PICC Line, Tunneled Catheter Placement, and Port Placement.
• Read Diagnostic images.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000.
• This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Moonlighting offers opportunity for additional compensation.

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)/FULLTIME
• M-F position with occasional weekend coverage
• IR Call is required

Requirements

• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program.
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (ABOR).
• Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of New York.
