Position Summary
Presbyterian Hearth & Vascular program is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Interventional Cardiologist (BC/BE) to join a multidisciplinary cardiology group. This full‑time FTE 1.00 position will provide interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a weekly mix of clinic, lab, and call duties. The new cath lab will open in 2026.
Practice Highlights
- Weekly mix of clinic, lab time, and call (1:3 call ratio)
- Brand new cath lab opening 2026
- Bread‑and‑butter interventional cardiology
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Participate in call rotation.
- Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
- Manage the physician/patient relationship.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in‑services, and workshops.
- Perform other functions as required.
Qualifications
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
- Valid New Mexico Medical License.
