Interventional Cardiologist

Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their dynamic, growing academic program as an assistant or associate professor faculty member. The successful candidate will manage a clinical practice focusing on interventional cardiology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while providing clinical instruction to students, residents, and cardiovascular fellows. • Collegial and multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to collaborate on a customized plan of care for each patient
• Physician leadership and input at all levels of administration

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a clinical practice focusing on IC patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings
• Provide clinical instruction to students, residents and cardiovascular fellows

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
• Must be eligible for Louisiana licensure
• Open to visa sponsorship
