To support the Central Billing Office, the full-time Certified Cardiology Educator will provide education to coders and healthcare staff, ensure accurate coding practices, and lead training initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create and maintain an internal education program for CBO coding staff Lead Coder Roundtable meetings, including agenda creation and content presentation Review and interpret physician documentation to accurately assign billing codes and resolve discrepancies Required qualifications Associate's degree in Health Record Technology or related field and five years of professional coding experience, or seven years of coding experience with a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential Demonstrated experience with healthcare-related educational activities Ability to problem-solve and communicate professionally with healthcare professionals
