Jackson & Coker is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon, covering November 2026 through January 2027. This role involves 24-hour call and STEMI coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse patient population and perform a range of interventional cardiology procedures.
Practice Info
- Inpatient and Outpatient setting
- Average of 5 consults if on general call
- 2-6 coronary angiograms per day between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Patient population ages 18 and older
- Clinic volume of 14-16 patients per day with 30-minute appointment slots
- Team includes 3 general cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, and 1 NP
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour call and STEMI call coverage
- Perform PCI/Diagnostic Caths
- Perform Right Heart Caths
- Perform Left Heart Caths
- Conduct Echo Interpretation
- Conduct Stress Test Interpretation
- Manage STEMI coverage
- Follow own patients until sign-off

Requirements
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- BLS
- ACLS
- DEA
- Oregon license
- Fellowship/Residency in Interventional Cardiology
- Clean malpractice history for emergency privileges
