Interventional Cardiologist

Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join its rapidly growing cardiology program in East Texas. This employed position with BHS Physician's Network, Inc. offers a meaningful role in expanding interventional cardiology services, working within an established practice with dedicated procedural resources. The role provides an opportunity to shape future program growth and build procedural volume in a collaborative environment.

Practice Info

• Established and growing cardiology practice opened in November 2025.
• Approximately 50% cath lab and 50% clinic/inpatient cardiology mix.
• Average clinic volume of 25 to 30 patients per day.
• Typical procedural volume of 4 to 6 cases per dedicated procedural day with growth potential.
• Join a team of two interventional cardiologists, one general cardiologist, and one nurse practitioner.
• Hospital privileges at Nacogdoches Medical Center Main Campus and South Campus.

• Expand advanced interventional cardiology services and procedural capabilities in the region.
• Help develop program growth and increase procedural volume.

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time.
• Dedicated interventional and cath lab time with flexible clinic scheduling.
• Minimum call requirement of 7 days per month.

Requirements

• BE or BC in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
• Residency training completed in the U.S.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology required.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Texas medical license and satisfy hospital and payer credentialing requirements.
• Experience with coronary intervention, STEMI management, complex PCI, and development of interventional cardiology programs preferred.
• Open to visa sponsorship.
