Interventional Cardiologist

An ongoing locum tenens opportunity is available for an Interventional Cardiologist in Sonora, California. The provider will deliver comprehensive 24-hour STEMI call coverage and manage clinical, inpatient, and emergency department cardiac care. This role provides an exciting chance for a qualified physician to support essential cardiac services in a scenic and historic region.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive 24-hour STEMI call coverage for emergency cardiac interventions requiring immediate response across inpatient, clinic, and emergency department settings
• Manage 12 patients per day in the clinic setting
• Respond to facility calls for echocardiogram interpretation, stress test reading, and ECG interpretation
• Provide cardiac consultations for all inpatient and emergency department patients
