• Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• $40-$50/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for a full-time position in Westerville, OH during the school year. This role involves teaching a 6th-8th grade classroom with approximately 8 students who have behavioral disabilities.
As an Intervention Specialist, you will:
• Provide students with learning activities and experiences tailored to their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
• Develop or modify curriculum and instructional materials to match student ability levels.
• Deliver direct support services to students with behavioral disabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
• Prior teaching experience.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or special education.
• Valid Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist License in Ohio.
Preferred:
• Additional experience working with students with behavioral disabilities.
Licenses/Education
• Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist License.
Disqualifiers:
• Applicants without an Intervention Specialist License.
