Interpreter Recruitment & Documentation CoordinatorThe Interpreter Recruitment & Documentation Coordinator manages the recruitment, onboarding, and document processing for interpreters, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Recruit interpreters through outreach, networking, online platforms, and professional events.Process, review, and maintain interpreter onboarding documents and compliance certifications.Ensure all interpreter documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.Communicate effectively with interpreters regarding document submissions, updates, compliance requirements, and inquiries.Maintain accurate interpreter profiles and records in internal systems.Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate closely with scheduling, billing, and compliance teams.Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and document compliance status.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.1–2 years' experience in administrative roles, recruitment, or document management.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.Preferred Skills:Prior experience with interpreter recruitment or language services industry.Familiarity with document management and compliance verification processes.Work Environment & Requirements:Full-time, on-site position at Bellevue, WA corporate office.Remote work is not permitted.Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility required based on client needs.Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required to handle urgent scheduling matters.Candidates must pass a 10-panel drug/alcohol screening and a national criminal background check.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate: $23 to $25/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), on-site gym, and parking.
