Adult Only Primary Care 1-hour from Chicago . Salary = $275,000

An exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join a team of Physicians and APPs in an outpatient only setting. The patient demographic is young and healthy and you will enjoy a fully integrated healthcare model and an organization with a patient first mission. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Internal Medicine MD/DO passionate about quality care, patient outcomes, with a prevention focus. New graduates and visas are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to Spanish speaking candidates.
