Internet Sales Consultant

Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Actively grow customer base using web‑based tools and CRM, generating sales appointments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries, forward communications, and schedule first service appointments for sold vehicles.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and optimized dealership websites, reflecting current promotions and advertising.
• Compile reports and forms on a timely basis, using CRM and lead management tools.
• Support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
• Strive to meet challenging monthly goals, driving dealership growth.
