What You Will Do
- Provide strategic counsel on U.S. export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Navigate complex advisory and enforcement matters in a dynamic, high-impact global environment.
- Deliver rigorous, analytical legal work directly influencing major business decisions worldwide.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of focused practice in international trade law within a law firm, corporate legal department, or relevant federal agency.
- Core Expertise: Significant and broad experience advising clients on U.S. export controls (EAR and ITAR).
