What You Will Do

  • Provide strategic counsel on U.S. export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • Navigate complex advisory and enforcement matters in a dynamic, high-impact global environment.
  • Deliver rigorous, analytical legal work directly influencing major business decisions worldwide.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of focused practice in international trade law within a law firm, corporate legal department, or relevant federal agency.
  • Core Expertise: Significant and broad experience advising clients on U.S. export controls (EAR and ITAR).
  • Skills: Superior writing, research, and analytical capabilities.
  • Academics: Stellar academic credentials from an accredited law school.
