Coordinate communications with U.S. customers, Korean headquarters and affiliates, internal sales teams, logistics personnel, and external processors to support international steel trade operations; conduct market and customer research on North American steel demand, automotive component manufacturers, commodity supply chains, and purchasing trends, and prepare reports for sales and market development planning; communicate with customers and internal departments regarding product requirements, delivery schedules, processing status, and account issues; analyze customer inquiries, market feedback, supply chain performance, and account activity to identify business opportunities and operational risks; prepare reports, presentations, issue-tracking summaries, and customer communication materials; assist with quality-related communication and maintain trade records, invoices, processing updates, and customer documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, International Trade, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
