Seeking an experienced tax professional to support U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and analysis. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors on global tax matters and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and regulations
- Support transfer pricing compliance and intercompany transactions
- Analyze and document tax implications of business activities and initiatives
- Partner with global teams on international tax matters
- Assist with preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, and related disclosures)
- Manage international tax calculations for compliance and financial reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements within tax operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of accounting, finance, or tax experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
- OR
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
- OR
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in U.S. international tax
- Familiarity with transfer pricing (preferred, not required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with tax research tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Alteryx or visualization software) is a plus
