International Tax Manager

Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a Baltimore based company on a newly created International Tax Manager opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for an international tax professional who wants to join an established corporate tax function while taking on a highly visible role within a growing organization. The position will work closely with senior tax leadership and play an important role supporting the international tax needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will bring meaningful international tax experience from a corporate environment, public accounting firm, or a combination of the two. Experience at the Manager level is preferred, although strong Senior-level professionals ready to take the next step in their careers will also be considered.

Relevant experience may include areas such as:

• International tax compliance and reporting
• U.S. taxation of foreign operations
• ASC 740 / income tax provision
• International tax planning and research
• Working with foreign entities and cross-border transactions
• Partnership with outside tax advisors and internal finance/accounting teams

A CPA, MST, JD/LLM or other relevant tax credential is attractive, although we are open to evaluating candidates based on their overall international tax experience.
