International Sourcing & Procurement ManagerNational Presto Industries is seeking a driven and motivated International Sourcing & Procurement Manager to oversee and execute the end-to-end sourcing and supplier management process for international supplies. In this role, you will identify and evaluate suppliers, lead RFQs, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, monitor commodity markets, and support long-term supplier partnerships.Key Responsibilitiesconduct supplier capability assessments (cost, capacity, quality systems, technical capability)prepare and issue RFQs in coordination with Engineering and Qualityanalyze quotations including cost structure, tooling, MOQs, freight, and risklead commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and agreementssupport business award recommendations to managementmaintain ongoing supplier communication and performance accountabilitydrive cost reduction and value engineering initiativesmonitor global commodity markets (aluminum, copper, steel) and foreign exchange trendsQualifications, Education, & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field5-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain - international experience is preferredexperience negotiating directly with overseas suppliers - China and Southeastern Asia is preferredexposure to commodity markets or raw material cost driversprevious international business travel experienceSkills & Attributesability to operate effectively in a small, lean organizationstrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsstrong understanding of cost analysis and landed cost modelingability to travel internationally as neededAt National Presto Industries, we don't just make products—we engineer solutions that improve everyday life.
