Seeking an International Media Coordinator for a 6-month opportunity working hybrid onsite in Universal City, CA. Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Media or Marketing experience. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- International or Entertainment experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various internal teams managing creative assets for assigned campaigns.
- Monitor creative requests and deliveries, supporting live campaign management.
- Assist analysts and managers with campaign execution and operational tasks.
- Support across the team for international media planning needs including building campaign briefs, assisting with creative asset management and delivery.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to project manage asset requests, monitor live confirmations, creating and tracking PO/invoices, and ad hoc admin support as needed.
