International Growth Manager

To launch Oscilar's presence across Latin America and EMEA, the full-time International Growth Manager will build the regional growth engine from scratch, focusing on outbound campaigns, paid acquisition, and local partnerships in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting regional prospects while localizing messaging and assets Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for pipeline generation Organize and execute regional events and webinars, managing the full event lifecycle from sourcing to follow-up Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing Proven track record of launching marketing programs in new regions without existing playbooks Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various outbound marketing platforms Familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA markets
