International Complex Order Processor

TSC – International Complex Order ProcessorThe TSC – International Complex Order Processor is responsible for being a liaison when it comes to collaborating with Material Operations and Outbound to efficiently create, maintain, and ship out completed repair and parts procurement orders to all International Locations and Trade Partners. The Specialist will provide support to domestic locations to process parts to service centers, stores and other TCO affiliate locations. They are also responsible for partnering with internal / external locations internationally to create and process repair orders and estimates, answer questions, and assist in urgent needs.

The Specialist should strive for excellence and accuracy in the execution of their day-to-day activities as well as reporting and communication to ensure shipments are facilitated through Customs. This role also requires detailed documentation and follow up as an integral function of the position to ensure TCO and customer expectations are being met. This role will also support other tasks in the department as needed to ensure overall client service levels are met.What You'll Do:Receive and process packages on incoming log within established time frames and production standardsProcess, expedite and communicate on international repairs performed externally according to established guidelinesAccurately enter invoices for outgoing repairsManage individual work with close attention to detail to ensure orders and invoices are created and processed with high quality and within expected turn timesManage parts orders to global locations to ensure they are processed according to established schedule and within expected turn timesReview requests to accurately determine part needs and communicate with global locations as necessaryAccurately enter invoices for outgoing parts invoicesAccurately transact parts within JDE both systematically and physicallyAct as a liaison between the Service Center, all international locations, and all internal customers, responding professionally to all communications in a timely mannerProactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or customer escalationsCommunicate workflow effectively through updating memos and following up on orders, including those awaiting other departments responsibilitiesProvide cross-functional support to colleagues in Material Operations and Inventory ControlAssist management with projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business as neededAct as an internal customer advocate by working with all departments at the TSC and obtaining information necessary for resolution of customer issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate accordingly with responsible partiesRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degreeMinimum 2 years' of jewelry experienceMinimum 3 years' business experience with strong operational backgroundProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OutlookMeticulous attention to detailStrong English language verbal and written communication skillsStrong initiative and the ability to work without constant directionExcellent organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasksHigh ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authorityAbility to shift tasks to meet daily business needsDemonstrated ability to identify and provide resolution for areas of improvementFlexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed, including possible weekendsCustomer service orientationDetail oriented ability to communicate effectively with different levels of managementExperience working in an operations, technical, or luxury retail environmentPreferred QualificationsKnowledge in AS400, JDEdwards, or CompassTiffany & Co.

The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
