Our client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage hiring across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Source and engage passive candidates.
- Screen candidates and partner with hiring managers on selection.
- Manage interviews, references, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and improve recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated sourcing success.
- Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions.
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate assessment skills.
- Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- Available to work onsite five days per week in Durham.
