Associate Program Director for Internal Medicine Residency ProgramCone Health is seeking an experienced physician-educator to serve as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician committed to medical education, academic excellence, and the development of future internists.The Associate Program Director will work closely with GME leadership to support curriculum development, faculty engagement, resident recruitment, accreditation compliance, and a positive learning environment aligned with Cone Health's mission of exceptional patient care and education.Key Responsibilities:Support oversight and development of the Internal Medicine Residency Program in compliance with ACGME standards and institutional policiesMaintain ongoing clinical practice demonstrating high-quality, patient-centered careAssist with resident recruitment, selection, and retentionContribute to curriculum development and milestone-based evaluationMentor residents, students, and faculty, fostering professional growthMonitor resident performance and provide formative feedbackPromote academic excellence, professionalism, and collaborative cultureServe as liaison between the program, GME leadership, and institutional stakeholdersParticipate in program evaluation and continuous improvement initiativesCompensation & Benefits:40 Days Paid Annual Leave; $5,000 CME annually; Professional Liability Insurance with tail coverageCompetitive base salary plus quality incentives and signing bonusHospital-employed with comprehensive benefits packageCone Health and Moses H.
