Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds physician to join their well-established primary care practice at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role offers a 100% outpatient clinic practice with a supportive department and excellent work-life balance. - Busy 100% outpatient clinic practice located at the flagship site
- Well-supported department with its own Pharmacist, Behavioral Health Integrated Care Nurse, Psychologist and Diabetic Educator
- Nurse line is 1st call and call is 1:20 (phone call only)
- Opportunity to provide medical coverage at Norwood Health Center (Local Psychiatric Facility)
- Medical Director opportunity available if interested
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examinations
- Admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnosis, treat and provide consultative services to adolescent and adult patients with common and complex illness, diseases and functional disorders of the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, and genitourinary systems
- Be involved in medical education and research

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
