Join a large primary care group hiring due to growth. Experienced physicians only, cannot accept residents. Work Monday to Wednesday in Tehachapi, Thursday & Friday at main clinic in Bakersfield. See 22 patients per day. Call phone only 2 weeks per year. Hospitalists do all the inpatient work. The practice sees all ages. Competitive compensation starting $350-400k range plus bonuses. Mileage will be compensated for going to Tehachapi. Sign on bonus. Excellent benefits package.
