Internal Medicine Physician – Adult Primary Care Physician, Missouri
Overview
Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic using a value‑based care model to ensure patients are seen and heard year‑round, preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.
Role
- Average 14–17 patients a day
- Monday thru Friday, no weekends
- Providers per clinic: 3–5 (Primary Care Physicians + NPs)
- Onsite lab and pharmacy
- Care team includes scribe, MA, social worker
Package
- Salary range $240,000–$260,000+ (commensurate with experience/site)
- Annual quality bonus and promotion track to leadership

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Missouri
- At least 1 year of experience
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board certified or board eligible medical doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa is acceptable
