Neighborhood clinic serves its local, over 65 population. Value-based care model structured to treat the whole person & reduce unnecessary hospitaladmissions. Organization is one of the fastestgrowing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiplestates.
ROLE
- Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, NoWeekends!
- ClinicHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call
- Willtreat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment
- Fosterrelationships with each patient, spending more time, not less
- Willsupervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants
- Multidisciplinaryteam (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists
PACKAGE
- Salary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K, promotable to Lead
- Annual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!

YOU
- Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in stateof Georgia
- Min. 2 years experience with seniors REQUIRED + Fellowship inGeriatrics preferred
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
