This role offers a true work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, and no hospital rounding. The physician will practice in a brand-new Medical Office Building, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and established team.

- Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice
- No inpatient responsibilities
- On-site X-ray and lab for streamlined same-visit diagnostics

Responsibilities
- Provide full scope of primary care, including acute illness, minor injuries, immunizations, preventive care, and chronic disease management

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for licensure in South Carolina
