CompHealth is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a primary care practice in Roxbury, a dynamic neighborhood in Greater Boston. This role offers a manageable patient load and an integrated behavioral health model designed to reduce provider burnout. The position includes comprehensive support staff and a favorable call schedule.
Practice Info
- 15 - 20 patients per day in adult-only primary care practice

Compensation
- Annual salary: $200,000 - $225,000
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
Shift & Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule with one evening per week
- 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home)
- Call schedule only 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
- Immigration attorney support for visa candidates (not capped)
