A healthcare organization is seeking a Collaborating Physician for a remote opportunity that hold both Alabama and Tennessee license, with a primarily remote work setting. This part-time role provides clinical oversight and collaboration for Nurse Practitioners delivering virtual care and remote patient monitoring services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and collaboration for Nurse Practitioners practicing in Alabama and Tennessee
- Conduct monthly collaboration meetings with assigned Nurse Practitioners
- Complete quarterly chart audits for collaborative practice activities
- Maintain collaborative practice relationships in accordance with state regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Nurse Practitioners as needed
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from a U.S. medical school
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- At least 3 years of clinical practice experience
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in both Alabama and Tennessee
- Ability and willingness to maintain at least four Nurse Practitioner collaborations
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience serving as a Collaborating or Supervising Physician
- Experience in primary care or chronic disease management
- Familiarity with telehealth or remote patient monitoring programs
- Experience supporting Advanced Practice Providers
- Interest in a long-term physician collaboration opportunity
