Our client is a large, physician-led multi-specialty organization seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team in Palm Coast or Ormond Beach, Florida. The Position:
Our client is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Florida Medical License
- Strong Clinical and Communication Skills
- Team-Oriented Approach to Patient Care
- Experience with EMR Systems
Responsibilities:
- Monday Through Friday
- Outpatient Only
- No Call
- Provide Preventive Care, Acute Care, and Chronic Disease Management
- Coordinate Care with Specialists and Ancillary Services
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Build Strong Relationships with Patients, Staff, and Leadership
- Utilize Evidence-Based Medicine in a Value-Based Care Environment
- Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation
