• Seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician

• Must possess a current Maryland medical license

• Must have 5+ years of post-training primary care experience

• Stateside U.S. medical graduate required

• Full-time position

• Weekdays only

• Half-day of administrative time each week

• 100% outpatient primary care

• Concierge medicine model - patients pay a monthly membership fee in addition to utilizing their health insurance

• New physician position being added due to demand

• Current practice is at patient capacity with an existing wait list

• Additional patient care pod is available onsite for the incoming physician

• Practice emphasizes relationship-based, personalized care

• Ability to see either all ages or adults only

• Low patient volume - approximately 8-10 patients per day

• Physician will also respond to patient portal messages and phone calls

• Phone call coverage for your own patient panel four days per week

• Work alongside approximately 15 physicians

• Dedicated nurse

• Shared referral coordinator

• Additional support provided by marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT teams

• No APP supervision responsibilities

• Salary range: $250,000-$300,000

• 7 paid holidays annually

• 3 additional floating holidays annually

• 3 weeks of PTO during year one - negotiable

• 4 weeks of PTO annually thereafter

• 1 week of CME time annually
