Practice Info
- Primarily an office-based practice providing outpatient care
- Close collaboration with Sutter Coast Hospital (49-bed acute care facility) providing inpatient, ED, and specialty support
- Access to on-site and affiliated services including imaging, lab, rehabilitation, and telehealth specialty consults
- Collegial, team-based environment where providers are highly valued and autonomy is supported
Responsibilities
- Broad scope of practice with a mix of chronic disease management, preventive care, and complex case coordination

Compensation
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual salary + productivity bonus
- Salary range: $300,000 - $310,000 /Yr
