Practice Info
- Each primary care clinic in Albuquerque and Belen offers on-site clinical pharmacists, behavioral health clinicians, care managers, and case managers through the Level III NCQA Accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Team.
- Patient volume averages 15 to 18 patients per day.
- System-Wide EPIC EMR with MyChart as the Patient Portal.
- Onsite Care Team includes Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Care Managers, Case Managers, Nurse & Medical Assistants.
Compensation
- Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available

- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program eligible, offering up to $75,000 in tax free loan repayment for a two year service commitment at an approved site in a designated shortage area

- New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program eligible, offering up to $75,000 per year in loan assistance with a required service commitment

Shift & Schedule
- Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 34 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
- 4 day work week option.
- Call is in rotation with the group and is limited to telephone call only.
Requirements
- Must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
- Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
