Job Description

Our client, a physician‑led outpatient practice known for top national quality outcomes and long‑term patient relationships, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician . This role supports a quality‑first care model with physician autonomy, strong clinical collaboration, and an infrastructure designed to enhance the doctor‑patient relationship. Possible physician partnership track available.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients, including acute and chronic conditions, with a track to become a partner with equity.
• The care model is quality‑driven, prioritizing thoughtful, comprehensive patient care over high‑volume expectations.
• Manage complex and ongoing patient care plans with an emphasis on measurable quality outcomes.
• Call: Provide limited weekend coverage, approximately two times per month (approximately 4 hours on Saturdays).

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to compassionate, high‑quality patient care with strong clinical judgment and patient communication.
• Must be able to work within a physician‑led organization where quality metrics (including preventive screenings and chronic disease management) are prioritized.
