Internal Medicine Board Certification: REQUIREDBoard Eligible: Accepted if truly Board Eligible and willing to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligibleMichigan Medical License: REQUIRED or willing to obtainDEA: REQUIRED or willing to obtainBLS: REQUIRED or willing to obtainACLS: REQUIRED or willing to obtain

Board Certification Note: Candidates with lapsed Board Certification who need to become re-certified are not accepted.

Open to experienced Board-Certified Internal Medicine physicians or truly Board Eligible recent graduates .

Candidates must be able to provide comprehensive adult primary care, including diagnosis and management of medical conditions, chronic disease management, and care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns.

• Outpatient Internal Medicine/Primary Care
