Setting: Community Hospital Emergency Department, 25-bed hospital, Annual ED Volume: 9,571
Type of Cases: Emergency Medicine
Credentialing: Approximately 120 days
Minimum RequirementsBoard Certified/Eligible ABEM/AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM/AOBIM& Board Eligible within 5 years accepted
Certifications:
- ACLS required for all providers
- PALS required for non-EM boarded providers
- ATLS required for non-EM boarded providers
Licensure:
- Active Ohio License
