- The department consists of four physicians and one advanced practice provider.
- Practice options include outpatient only or outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients (hospitalists manage after 5pm and weekends).
- Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM.
- Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available.
- Multi-specialty clinic.
- 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU, Level III trauma center with ER volumes of 27,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examinations.
- Admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnosis, treat and provide consultative services to adolescent and adult patients.
- Provide consultative services for common and complex illness, diseases and functional disorders of the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, and genitourinary systems.
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan.
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $278,915 - $360,949 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training.
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations (for recent residency graduates).
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held, showing clinical activity for the last 12 months, including number of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications (for applicants not directly out of residency).
- Must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services to be at least 50 patients in the last 12 months (for applicants not directly out of residency).
- If a quality profile is not available, documentation of clinic activity for the last 12 months is required, demonstrating active involvement in the care of 50 patients in clinical practice in the last 12 months (for applicants not directly out of residency).
