Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team at the Sanford Health Clinic in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This established two-physician practice works alongside three nurse practitioners providing geriatrics services at local long-term care and assisted living facilities. Providers enjoy a collaborative multi-specialty environment supported by a dedicated hospitalist program and flexible outpatient scheduling.

Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Shift & Schedule
- Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm
- Option to work 4 or 5 days a week with flexibility on start and end times
- Call expectation is 7 weekends a year and 1 day per week mainly for clinic call
