Sanford Clinic Worthington is seeking two Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join its primary care group in Worthington, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to practice within a Certified Medical Home alongside a collaborative multi-specialty team with no call required. - Group consists of 2 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Ob/Gyn physician, 1 Rad/Onc, 2 General Surgeons, 2 Pediatricians, 2 Orthopedic Surgeons, 4 Emergency Medicine physicians, and 2 Hospitalists, along with various Advance Practice Providers
- Certified Medical Home with a Health Coach along with a Behavioral Health Therapist imbedded in the clinic
- Multiple specialists available via on-site or telemedicine (cardiology, vascular surgery, oncology, nephrology, physical medicine, ENT and many more)
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $278,915 - $360,949 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
