The Opportunity

• Full-time, flexible schedule: 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days
• Call: Family Medicine 1:15 | Internal Medicine 1:7
• Average outpatient volume: 20–25 patients per day
• Approximately 25% virtual visits available
• Opportunity to collaborate with and/or supervise APPs
• Women’s Health experience preferred, but not required
• On-site lab and X-ray
• Strong access to an extensive specialty network

Requirements

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD/DO
• BLS/ACLS
• Indiana medical license or eligible/in process
