Responsibilities

  • Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care

Compensation

  • $75,000 Bonus for Full Time External Candidates
  • Compensation based on quality, not quantity
  • Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500
  • Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements

  • BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Preferred: Cantonese language proficiency to support patient communication and access to care
