What You ll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess patient needs, stabilize critical cases, and coordinate treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Washington or multi-state license
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred:

• ICU or acute care experience
• Bilingual abilities
