Internal Medicine Physician - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic: Lake Houston Campus

Position Overview

We are seeking Experienced Internal Medicine physicians to provide comprehensive care to adult patients 18 years and older at Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic, located throughout Houston.

Primary Responsibilities

Internal Medicine physicians examine adult patients, ensure proper disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of various medical conditions. They order necessary tests, perform follow‑up visits, and place referrals to specialists as needed. Physicians interpret basic medical tests and imaging, work within the EPIC electronic health record system, and collaborate with sub-specialists, imaging, lab services, and patient education resources. Typical work hours are 8 am‑5 pm Monday‑Friday with periodic hospital call for Kelsey‑Seybold patients. Call nights are managed by nocturnists in certain groups.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
• Licensed in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $229,500 to $378,000 per year. Salary is target cash compensation; actual pay depends on experience and metric achievement. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
