• Daily Patient Load: patients

• EMR: EPIC

• On-Site Services: Blood draw

• Emergency Supplies: AED available

• Exam Rooms per Site: 2

• Board Certified

• Active Virginia Medical License

• BLS Certification

• Minimum 2 Weeks Availability Per Month

• Willingness to rotate between both clinic locations

• No Call Coverage

• No Supervision of Other Providers

• No ED Backup or Code Response

• No Pediatric Patients Under 16

• No OB or inpatient work
