The facility also offers on-site Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center, making it a truly comprehensive healthcare destination for the community.

Job Details:

• Outpatient practice only - no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required
• Join a highly engaged Primary Care team consisting of 2 MDs and 5 advanced practice practitioners
• Great mentorship opportunities available within the practice
• Terrific opportunity to work with local sports teams
• Leadership and Medical Director opportunity available
• On-site specialties include Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery
• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center located within the clinic
• Work schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Clinic patients average 16-18 per day
• Additional outreach opportunities available
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
