Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Graduate Medical Education in an ACGME Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Current certification by the Board of Internal Medicine or qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee
- DEA Certification
- Valid physician license for the State of Pennsylvania
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALs and NRP
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with electronic health records
