Practice Details

Sanford Health is currently seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team at Sanford Health Clinic in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

Established two-physician practice along with three nurse practitioners providing geriatrics services at local long-term care and assisted living facilities.

• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm . Option to work 4 or 5 days a week with flexibility on start and end times. Call expectation is 7 weekends a year and 1 day per week mainly for clinic call. Hospitalist program at hospital.
• Multi-specialty group practice including audiology, behavioral health, dermatology, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, podiatry, surgery, urology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and outreach specialties from Fargo.

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
