Details :

• Setting: providing primary care services to geriatric patients in a PACE clinic setting located in Kokomo, IN.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• Start: ASAP

Required:

• Active IN state license
• Certifications: BLS, CDS, DEA, BC
• Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
• A minimum of one 3-5 years working with the frail or elderly population or in an outpatient internal medicine setting

Compensation :

• Receive weekly paycheck
• 100% malpractice insurance covered
