Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine trained physician to join our Primary Care division in Clovis, New Mexico. The provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services while leading a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This full-time position offers a supportive practice environment with flexible scheduling options, no call, and no inpatient responsibilities.
Practice Info
- Outpatient, primary care services
- Collaborative team including nurses, medical assistants, case and care managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacist clinicians, and clerical staff
- Average patient volume of 16 to 18 patients per day
- System-Wide EPIC EMR
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Make professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
- Order, conduct, and interpret appropriate diagnostic x-ray and lab tests.
- Prescribe treatments, medications, and non-pharmacologic therapies.
- Document all patient encounters and communications appropriately.
- Manage the provider/patient relationship.
- Receive and resolve patient complaints.
- Involved in education and counseling of individuals, families, and groups.
Compensation
- Salary guaranteed for 3 years with production & panel management incentives
- $75,000 sign on bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full time
- FTE: 1.00
- Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week
- 4-day work week options with Flexible Schedule
- No call responsibility
- No inpatient responsibilities
Qualifications
- BE/BC Internal Medicine
- MD/DO
- State of New Mexico Medical License
- DEA & NM Controlled Substance Registration
- J1 waiver / H1b cap exempt eligible
